Calleadesign will not accept any deviations of the purchaser from the General Terms and Conditions unless they have approved them in writing. Completion of the Contract Once you have entered an online order with calleadesign store and have clicked the "SEND ORDER" button, you have entered into a binding agreement to purchase the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm your order and its contents immediately via e-mail, and the contract of sale will be complete. Prices and Shipping Costs All prices include the statutory Italian VAT of 20%. (Businesses within the EU, but outside of Italy, are eligible for tax free intracommunity deliveries if a valid VAT Reg.No. is indicated at the time of the order.) For shipments outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted from your order amount. You are responsible for arranging payment of customs in your country. The shipment will be sent from our warehouse in Muggia as an insured packet with our courier. For shipping prices please see our cost of shipping. Payment Terms, Conditional Sale During completion of your order, you will have the opportunity to choose your method of payment. Calleadesign will deliver your order only after payment has been received. Delivery and Risks Shipments within the EU will be sent on our risk, registered and insured via DPD. Shipments outside of the EU will be sent from our warehouse in Italy on our risk with Italian Post. We retain the right to choose other shipment services, as necessary. The customer must bear all risks of loss or damage to the goods from the time they have been delivered.   Warranty Calleadesign guarantees the functional efficiency of delivered products. If a purchased item is found to be defective, you may request a repair or exchange. If replacement products are found to be defective, you can request a reduction of the purchase price, request compensation for the damages, or (if the damage is considerable) withdraw from the contract. Return Policy If you are a private customer from Italy, the following return conditions apply: You may revoke your contractual agreement without having to provide a reason for doing so within 14 days in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the delivery in full, unless the merchandise is legally excluded from being returned (e.g. custom orders). The time limit begins upon receipt of this instruction. Your right is ensured if your written revocation and/or the return of the goods takes place during the time limit. If this is not possible, please ensure that you pack the products securely in a strong container that is at least as large as the original. Place the products in the middle of the packing material, as far as possible from the sides of the box and fix it. If the customer returns only part of the merchandise or returns the merchandise in a worsened condition, he/she is responsible for full payment. It is acceptable that you examine the merchandise in a way that you could examine it in a shop. Merchandise may be returned only if it has not been used and nothing has occurred which could reduce its value. When returning items, please be sure to include your bank details. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Liability  Calleadesign takes no responsibility for damage and injuries caused by improper or careless use of its products.   Data Retention In accordance with italian law for data protection we must inform you that, in the context of the conduct of the transaction, necessary data are processed and stored by means of an EDP system. Personal data will, of course, be handled confidentially. Our service partners, who need the transmission of data for order handling, are excluded. If you are paying with a credit card, your personal information will be sent directly and securely to PayPal. They handle the payment and process the transaction. PayPal guarantees that the data will be used only for completion of this purchase. Calleadesign will not receive any information about your card. During the order process, session cookies will be used. Once you close your browser, they will be erased. Final Clause Italian law applies, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
