With your explicit consent and following your request to receive the service, your identification data and contact email address or telephone number will be processed in order to provide the company’s newsletter service.

Providing data for the purposes described above is voluntary and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to provide the corresponding service.

The data is not subject to automated decision-making and no profiling of any kind is carried out.

Where applicable, data subjects have the right to obtain access to their personal data and to request its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).

Data subjects may withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out before its withdrawal.

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this service is carried out in breach of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to seek a judicial remedy before the competent courts pursuant to Article 79 of the Regulation.
